- You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, identity impersonation, or scraping.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
Unless otherwise indicated, the platform codebase, layout, visual design, custom logos, graphics, and proprietary utilities (e.g., AI resume matchers, UTM builders) are the intellectual property of CareerAlerts360 and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
All third-party company logos, institution names, and government insignia referenced in job postings or exam syllabus updates remain the property of their respective trademark holders. They are displayed strictly for nominative and editorial identification purposes under fair use doctrine.
5. Third-Party Links & Advertisements
CareerAlerts360 contains hyperlinks to third-party websites (such as official commission portals, employer career dashboards, and online application gateways) and displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and its approved advertising networks.
We have no control over the content, terms of service, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Inclusion of any link or advertisement does not imply endorsement by CareerAlerts360. Users access external links solely at their own discretion and risk.
6. Free Browser Tools & Utilities
Our productivity tools (including Image Compressor, PDF Tools, QR Code Generator, Salary and Loan Calculators) are provided free of charge for convenience. While we implement strict client-side processing wherever possible, calculations and tools are provided "as-is" without warranty of precision for formal banking, tax, or legal filings.
